The New York Jets have been one of the most aggressive teams this offseason.
Most people have recognized their affinity to acquire quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
That has been the talk of the offseason, as everyone is waiting for a deal to go down between the Jets and Green Bay Packers.
But, in preparing to land Rodgers, the Jets have loaded up their offense.
Some of the players they signed this offseason are speedster Mecole Hardman and Rodgers’ former teammate Allen Lazard.
Those two join an offense with reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year Garrett Wilson.
New York seems primed to give their new quarterback everything he wants in an offense.
Although the offense is not the only thing the Jets are looking to improve.
They also hope to land a key defensive lineman.
According to Josina Anderson, Calais Campbell is scheduled to meet with the Jets on Thursday.

Campbell was released by the Baltimore Ravens earlier in the offseason, and he can still be a good defensive tackle in the league.
Last season, Campbell played 14 games and recorded 5.5 sacks, along with 14 quarterback hits.
He would be a welcome sight to the Jets’ defensive front.
Even though Campbell will be 37 next season he can still play a part-time role on any defensive line.
You can bet that if the Jets do not sign Campbell some team will soon enough.
