The 2024 Golden Globes took place on Sunday night, and many movie stars, singers, and performers were there to celebrate the winners and follow the awards.
What does this have to do with baseball, you might ask?
We’ll get there.
Actor Bill Hader took some pictures with pop star Taylor Swift, who has been in the sports spotlight recently because of her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
In one of the pictures, Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman appears in the background.
Sports fans, of course, were quick to identify Freeman, a former MVP winner, in Swift’s picture, as shared by MLB on Twitter.

Freeman and his wife Chelsea didn’t miss the show at the Beverly Hills Hilton.
He wasn’t the only Dodger in attendance, though.
Another former MVP, Mookie Betts, was present, and they both represented baseball and the Dodgers in a big night for the entertainment industry.
Fate would have Freeman being a bit more “in the spotlight” than Betts, and all because of the seat he was occupying.
Swift is one of the most popular and talented performers in the music industry.
Now, Freeman can claim he has a picture with her… only not in the way he probably imagined.
In any case, it was an eventful night for the pair of Dodgers stars, who happen to have some incredibly talented new teammates such as Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and Tyler Glasnow, among others.
It will be a fun year in Los Angeles.
Can they win in the postseason, though?
