LeBron James might not be one of the most influential NBA players of all time in terms of changing the way the game was played or being a trend-setter, but he’s definitely the most powerful player the game has ever seen.
He’s made sure to help those who stood by his side dating back to his days in college.
Now, he’s done the same with his firstborn, making sure he gets to the Los Angeles Lakers.
However, not everybody liked the way he handled Bronny’s situation, fueling a heated debate on social media.
With that in mind, former NBA coach George Karl took to Twitter to praise him for the way he’s used his influence and power in a big way in the league, standing by his side during this time.
LeBron has made our sport better, played the game the right way, always been a pro and has created the opportunity to have as much influence as he wants for as long as he wants.
If you don’t like that, you may want to look in the mirror.

Truth be told, everybody, even his most prominent critics, was rooting for him to play with his son.
Why wouldn’t they? It was one of the greatest stories in sports history.
Nonetheless, James and Rich Paul didn’t do Bronny any favors with the way they handled this story.
Threatening other teams not to take Bronny when he wasn’t even a first-round-caliber talent was a terrible look.
If they wanted him so badly, they could’ve taken him instead of Dalton Knecht in the first round.
We’ve seen several instances of nepotism throughout the course of NBA history, and neither should be celebrated.
James himself used to talk about things being earned, not given, so it was kind of ironic to see that he didn’t live up to that motto when it came to Bronny.
