The Milwaukee Bucks went all in to trade for former Portland Trail Blazers superstar Damian Lillard.

They essentially formed one of the best duos in the league by pairing Lillard with none other than Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The biggest advantage of the dynamic duo is the fact they both have different playing styles.

While Giannis is an ever-so-present threat inside the paint, Lillard is known for his three-point shooting prowess.

Antetokounmpo understands that, as he revealed the Bucks’ game plan for Lillard via the team’s official Twitter handle.

“We’re gonna let Dame be Dame,” Antetokounmpo said.

Antetokounmpo had a simple answer to the Bucks’ strategy regarding Lillard.

Throughout his career, Lillard has been known for being a prominent scorer, but he can be a playmaker as well.

In the 2022-23 season, the 33-year-old averaged 32.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game.

Looking at Lillard’s numbers and combining them with what Antetokounmpo can do on the court, the Bucks have a realistic chance at winning it all this season.

The Bucks were the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference last season with a 58-24 record.

But the Bucks were utterly dominated by the eighth-seeded Miami Heat in the First Round of the playoffs.

They were eliminated in five games, and it led to several changes to the team’s roster ahead of the new season.

Can the Bucks win another NBA Championship?
