The New York Giants are looking to make the playoffs again next season.
After shocking most of the league with their performance last year, the Giants are out to prove that was not a fluke.
Head coach Brian Daboll is the right man for the job, as he played a major role in the development of Daniel Jones.
Even though Jones did not have a great statistical season, he was rewarded with a four-year, $160 million contract.
Like it or not, Jones is the quarterback of the future in New York.
That is why the Giants do not plan on selecting a quarterback in the upcoming draft.
According to Andrew Siciliano, Giants GM Joe Schoen does not see them drafting a developmental QB.

If the Giants were to draft a quarterback, it would not be before day three.
They do not want to create any controversy with Jones and a rookie.
Plus the New York media is looking to create controversy if Jones does not play well to start next year.
Last season, Jones threw for 3,205 yards, 15 touchdowns, and five interceptions.
But, he did rush for 708 yards and seven touchdowns.
Still, those are not the numbers you would expect from a $40 million quarterback.
Jones played arguably his best game of last season in their playoff win over the Vikings.
That could have played a big factor in him getting the new deal.
All eyes will be on Jones in 2023, as now he is playing with the expectations of being one of the highest-paid quarterbacks.
