For many fans, James has already become the greatest basketball player of all time.
But for a few fans who do not consider James as their GOAT, that opinion could change if James leads the Lakers to the 2024 NBA Championship.
Moreover, he will have a chance to become the oldest player in league history to win the NBA Finals MVP.
As of now, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar holds the record when he won the honor of leading the Los Angeles Lakers to the 1985 NBA Championship against the Boston Celtics.
