Before superstar quarterback Tom Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020, the New England Patriots were the cream of the crop in the NFL, with perhaps the best quarterback-head coach duo in NFL history leading the way.

Bill Belichick and Brady turned out to be a lethal combo that led to the Patriots winning six Super Bowl titles over two decades, which is an incredible feat that might never be matched or topped unless Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid of the Kansas City Chiefs win four more titles in their time together.

Although times have been tough in New England since Brady’s departure, as Belichick hasn’t been able to find a suitable replacement for the future Hall of Famer, the Patriots still remain the most successful team in the NFL since 2000.

According to NFL on CBS, the Patriots have the most wins in the playoffs by far, with 30 wins in the postseason.

It’s remarkable what the Patriots were able to accomplish during their decades of dominance, but the question now is whether another team can come close to what Belichick and Brady were able to do.

Although the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens are the closest to the Patriots on this graphic, it will be interesting to see what the Chiefs can do in the years to come and if they can keep being successful in the postseason moving forward.

Kansas City is coming off another Super Bowl title with Reid and Mahomes leading the way, and they don’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon.
