When the Chicago Bulls were dominating the NBA during the 1990s, Michael Jordan earned the most praise for being the best player on the team.
However, if it weren’t for Scottie Pippen’s contributions, the Bulls may have never been as successful as they were during the 1990s.
While Pippen is widely regarded as one of the best forwards to ever play in NBA history, the same cannot be said for his son, Scottie Pippen Jr.
Speaking of the 23-year-old, he recently made headlines for signing a two-way deal with the Memphis Grizzlies, as revealed via NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter.

Pippen Jr. has signed a two-year deal with the Grizzlies, as per Wojnarowski’s sources.
Although Scottie Pippen Jr. established himself as an excellent player during his college days, he went undrafted in the 2022 NBA Draft.
However, Pippen Jr. was given an opportunity by the Los Angeles Lakers last season.
He ended up featuring in just six games for the Purple and Gold, where he averaged 2.3 points, 0.7 rebounds, and 0.3 assists per game for the team.
Now, Pippen Jr. will be keen to start this new chapter of his career with the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Grizzlies are currently one of the worst teams in the NBA, with a 15-25 record this season.
They hold the 13th seed in the Western Conference and will hope to at least reach the Play-In Tournament when it’s all said and done this season.
Fans will see how much Pippen Jr. will contribute to this goal when he makes his debut for the team.
