The Philadelphia Eagles limped into the 2023 NFL Playoffs after losing five of their last six games in the regular season.

Philadelphia hasn’t looked close to the team that won the NFC last year and there have been some troubling signs.

Players have been vocal about how poorly the team has been playing, and as a result, major changes could be coming in the offseason.

The roster could be made over if it underwhelms, but there are also rumblings about a change in head coach.

Nick Sirianni’s seat got warmer as the team continued to lose and a defeat in the Wild Card round against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could prompt a change.

If Sirianni does get the boot, Benjamin Allbright believes that Mike Vrabel could land in Philadelphia via his personal Twitter account.

“I think depends if that Eagles job ACTUALLY comes open. Where else would he go? CAR? Can’t see him taking that gig. Atlanta? His potential OC just got let go there. Tenn not re-hiring. WAS/LAC have their sights set. Seattle? Can’t see the taking him over DQ. LV is a no,” Allbright said.

Vrabel was let go at the end of the season after he and the Tennessee Titans finished 6-11 and last in the AFC South.

The head coach should have a competitive market given what he was able to accomplish in Tennessee, though he might be better off waiting to see if other offers open up.

Sirianni could save his job with a deep playoff run, but if he doesn’t then Vrabel could be next in line to lead the Eagles.
