The Los Angeles Clippers will most likely lose their most reliable player.
Paul George has been available most of the time when Kawhi Leonard has been out, yet they don’t seem to value him the same way.
Granted, George has also struggled with injuries and Leonard is the better player, but being available is a major part of the job, so it only made sense that they also wanted to pay him.
With that in mind, multiple teams have reportedly kept tabs on his situation.
The Golden State Warriors have made it loud and clear that they want George to make his way to the Bay area, especially with Klay Thompson most likely about to leave.
Nonetheless, Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints reports that both parties have yet to agree on any sort of deal.
Both the Warriors and Clippers have yet to agree to any deal, sources from both sides told @ClutchPoints. No deal has been finalized or agreed to at this very moment.
The Warriors have made it known that they have strong interest in Paul George with Klay Thompson likely gone.

George could choose not to pick up his player option for next season and simply become an unrestricted free agent, thus being able to sign with whomever he pleases.
The Warriors managed to push back Chris Paul’s guarantee date, so they could use his $30 million contract in a trade.
Klay Thompson could also help them out with a sign-and-trade that could send him to the Clippers, assuming they’re even interested in his services.
George will also draw interest from the likes of the Philadelphia 76ers and New York Knicks, whereas Thompson has been linked to the Orlando Magic.
This will be a very interesting storyline to follow but for now, it’s hard to envision both players staying with their current teams.
