The Brooklyn Nets have officially entered rebuild mode, and no one will be safe now.
With Mikal Bridges heading across town to the New York Knicks and getting plenty of draft picks back, the table is set for a major roster overhaul in Brooklyn.
With that in mind, Mike Scotto of HoopsHype reports that they could go through a bit of a ‘fire sale’ (via NBA Central).
The Brooklyn Nets could enter a fire sale, making players like Cam Johnson, Dorian Finney-Smith, Bojan Bogdanovic, Dennis Schroder, Ben Simmons, and Day’Ron Sharpe available, per @MikeAScotto

Per the report, the likes of Cameron Johnson, Dorian Finney-Smith, Bojan Bogdanovic, Dennis Schroder, Ben Simmons, and Day’Ron Sharpe could now be up for grabs.
That makes perfect sense, as Sean Marks is clearly looking to replenish his draft capital.
This year’s draft class is far from impressive, but the class of 2025 is quite promising.
Johnson and Finney-Smith could both fetch at least another first-round selection from contending teams.
Bogdanovic and Schroder could perhaps be buyout candidates, while Day’Ron Sharpe is a solid rotational piece that could also fetch plenty of interest.
Ben Simmons’ case, however, is far more complicated, as he’s making a lot of money and has hardly played for years.
He’s pretty much a negative trade asset at this point, and chances are the Nets would have to attach a pick to his contract to make it an appealing target, and that’s clearly not in their best interest right now
Whatever the case, the Nets won’t be a very good team for the time being, but the future is bright across the bridge.
