After becoming a bona fide superstar in the NBA and turning things around for the struggling Memphis Grizzlies franchise, Ja Morant couldn’t keep from getting in trouble off the court, which has led many to believe that his promising career could get derailed.
Last season was an absolute nightmare for Morant and the Grizzlies, as he had to serve a 25-game suspension to start the year and ultimately ended up playing just nine games before being shut down for the 2023-24 campaign, which resulted in Memphis becoming one of the worst teams in the league.
Fortunately for the Grizzlies, Morant appears to be getting healthy and ready for a bounce-back year during the 2024-25 NBA season, as he was recently seen throwing down a jaw-dropping dunk, via NBACentral.

Morant certainly looks to be getting back to form. He can get up with the best of them in the NBA and always makes highlight reels throughout the season.
The real question now is whether Morant can rally his team back to title-contending status in the Western Conference, which has only gotten more competitive, with teams like the Oklahoma City Thunder and Minnesota Timberwolves emerging.
The other question moving forward is whether Morant can avoid being a distraction off the floor, as that seems to be the only thing holding him back from reaching his true potential and helping Memphis win that elusive NBA title.
