Brunson was studying a few clips of Kobe Bryant in this video.

Bryant is said to be one of the most mentally tough basketball players in league history, known for his “Mamba mentality.”

He believed he was the best player on the floor in any matchup he was a part of, which allowed him to play freely and to the best of his ability.

Many players have since tried to emulate this mentality, and while some have come close, it’s hard for anyone to exactly replicate what Bryant had.

He was a true unicorn of a player, someone who will go down as one of the greatest of all time.
