When it comes to the AFC North, most eyes are on the Cincinnati Bengals as they are projected to be one of the few true Super Bowl contenders during the 2023 season.

The Bengals have already made one Super Bowl appearance since Joe Burrow took over at quarterback and the franchise is looking to get back and claim what they feel is theirs.

Burrow’s got the offensive firepower to propel Cincinnati to a Super Bowl as he will be joined by Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Joe Mixon.

Chase in particular has established himself as a superstar receiver and the number one option in the passing game for the Bengals.

The talented wideout is capable of breaking off a big play anytime he has the ball in his hands and he gets a chance to send a message to the rest of the league when Cincinnati takes on the Cleveland Browns in Week 1.

Rivalry games always bring out the best in teams, though Chase downplayed any significance about the Browns’ recent success against the Bengals, via Jeremy Rauch.

“It’s a regular game to me,” Chase said. “It’s just the hooping and hollering about the Cleveland Browns. I was about to call them the elf’s (elves).”

Cleveland has managed to win five out of the last six games against Cincinnati, though the latter did get the last laugh in their most recent matchup last season.

Chase and the Bengals have a chance to assert their dominance in their division and it will be exciting to see how they come out against the Browns.
