The Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs have become one of the more entertaining rivalries in the NFL over the past few years, with no love lost between these two AFC heavyweights.

There’s been a lot of trash-talking between these elite squads lately, with some superstars getting very vocal as of late, like Ja’Marr Chase, Travis Kelce, and Patrick Mahomes.

Although these teams try to keep the talk to a minimum publicly, it’s clear that they badly want to beat one another and know that at some point, they’ll likely meet in the NFL playoffs with some high stakes on the line.

During a recent appearance on “Up & Adams” with Kay Adams, Chase spoke about Mahomes letting it be known that he can’t wait to play Cincinnati due to all the talking by the Bengals, and the star wide receiver can’t wait until they meet on the field again.

“I must be under somebody’s skin.”

Chase made it clear that the Chiefs are the team they’re gunning for, and the trash-talking will likely continue until they go head-to-head in 2023.

As arguably the two best teams in the AFC, there will undoubtedly be plenty of heated battles ahead between these two teams, as the conference and a trip to the Super Bowl could very well be on the line.

Unfortunately for the Bengals, Chase and company may have to start the season without superstar quarterback Joe Burrow, who recently suffered a calf strain in practice that could keep him sidelined into the regular season.
