Only a few weeks ago, many people were saying the Los Angeles Clippers were a lost cause and the addition of James Harden was foolhardy.
Those people have definitely changed their tune.
Speaking with Joey Linn, Clippers star James Harden spoke about his fit with the team following their latest big win over the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.
“Obviously it didn’t start off well. It gave people so much to talk about in a negative way. And now those people that was talking, they’re nowhere to be found. Like literally nowhere to be found,” Harden said.

Harden said he feels that his fit with the team is great and he is ready for the same critics who bad-mouthed the Clippers to come back and applaud their growth.
The team has been on fire lately, winning multiple games against some of the toughest opponents in the league.
They have secured victories in 13 of their last 15 games and Harden has averaged 19.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 9.7 assists during that time.
Other players in LA, like Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, have also led to this total transformation of the Clippers.
On Wednesday night, Harden put up 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists against the Suns.
It was just the latest good night for the team, which is now the fourth in the West with a record of 21-12.
When Harden first joined the team at the start of the season, many people weren’t sure it was going to work out.
Sure enough, the team had a rough start at the beginning, as Harden admitted.
But things have been incredible lately and this is the best the Clippers have looked in years.
There is no doubt that Harden fits with the Clippers, now it’s just a matter of how far this team can go.
