James Wiseman has been through a lot during his several years in the NBA, moving to multiple teams and experiencing a lot of ups and downs.

Now the former No. 2 overall draft pick from 2020 is on the move again.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Wiseman has agreed to a two-year contract with the Indiana Pacers.

This new deal follows his stint with the Detroit Pistons and his several years with the Golden State Warriors.

Wiseman’s career has been all over the place.

He started with the Warriors, where he was producing more than 11 points per game in his rookie year.

Sadly, injuries got in his way and when Wiseman returned he wasn’t playing like the old version of himself.

Because of that, he left the Warriors and tried his hand with the Pistons.

Wiseman came back to life during his first season with Detroit, averaging 12.7 points and 8.1 rebounds a game.

His numbers fell off a bit during his second season but he was still looking better than his final weeks with the Warriors.

Now Wiseman is moving to the Pacers, a team that has a lot more promise than the Pistons.

Where will he fit in Indiana’s lineup?

When he is completely healthy and tuned in, Wiseman can be a huge asset with his big size and strength.

But when he isn’t at 100%, he is a complete liability.

Great things were expected of Wiseman when he joined the team but he hasn’t delivered as fans hoped.

Will he be able to turn a page and start a new chapter with the Pacers next season?
