The Boston Celtics have already clinched homecourt advantage throughout the postseason.
They got their 60th win by taking down the depleted Oklahoma City Thunder and should now only focus on getting healthy for the playoffs.
That includes Jaylen Brown, who’s currently dealing with an injury on his left hand.
Brown even had to miss the Celtics’ previous outing before returning from a one-game absence to help his team secure it’s 11th straight home win.
Then, following the game, Brown admitted that he was dealing with a ligament injury in his hand, but he didn’t sound too worried about it (via Celtics on NBC Sports Boston).

Brown claimed that he would continue playing through the injury because that could give him ‘more information’ about the injury, adding that it should be nothing to be concerned about.
Notably, Brown has always been called out and ridiculed online for his struggles with his left hand, as his handles are quite subpar.
He’s been prone to turning the ball over and often struggles when forced to go left, which is something that’s often on display in the playoffs.
Needless to say, this doesn’t bode well for that, and teams will continue to attack him that way in a seven-game series.
Fortunately for the Celtics, Brown can do a lot of things besides scoring, and that includes playing defense.
They have enough offensive firepower to make up for his injury, and they should be just fine even if he’s back to his well-documented postseason struggles.
