Jazz Insider Details Team’s Long List Of Injuries For Spurs Game

The 2022-23 NBA regular season is quickly coming to an end, with most teams around the league only having a handful of games left on their schedule before the NBA playoffs begin or their offseason gets underway.

Despite an impressive start to the season, which no one saw coming, the Utah Jazz have returned to earth.

The Jazz are currently sitting at 35-40 on the season.

According to Ben Anderson of KSL Sports, every notable player on the team’s roster won’t be available to play against the Spurs.

Although tanking in the NBA is frowned upon, this could be a move for the Jazz to lose to the Spurs, which is a team also hoping for a better draft position, as they’ve already been eliminated from playoff contention with a record of 19-56.

This year’s draft class is special, with two players expected to go No. 1 and No. 2 and potentially change the direction of two franchises.

International product Victor Wembanyama and G League star Scoot Henderson are widely considered to be the top-two prospects in the upcoming draft.

The Jazz and Spurs would love to get their hands on one of these prospects, as they could be game-changing players for a franchise.

Utah and San Antonio are both in rebuilding mode and will be in contention for the No. 1 pick in the draft.
