The biggest move of the offseason for the Houston Texans was trading for All-Pro wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
Pro Bowl quarterback C.J. Stroud now has yet another weapon on the outside to throw the ball to.
Perhaps the second-largest move of the offseason for the team was the decision to trade for Pro Bowl back Joe Mixon.
The day after the trade went through, Houston inked the former Bengal to a three-year deal.
Mixon is really excited about the talent that the roster has to offer.
“I’ve definitely been on a championship team before…I know what it takes to get there. I feel like we have — no doubt — we have the best talent that I’ve seen here in a long time,” Mixon recently said in front of the Houston media.

Houston has one of the best, young quarterbacks in the league in Stroud, who set several NFL and franchise rookie records in 2023.
Mixon has rushed for over 1,000 yards four times in his career, so he is a dangerous piece.
In terms of receivers, Stefon Diggs has been one of the most productive pass-catchers in the league over the last few years (six consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons).
Until Diggs arrived, 25-year-old Nico Collins, who is coming off of a 1,200-yard season, was the team’s No. 1 receiver.
He and standout rookie Tank Dell proved to be a dangerous duo on the outside before Dell’s season was cut short due to injury.
With the talent that is on this Texans offense, they may have the opportunity to win more than 10 games and go deep into the playoffs this year.
