The Philadelphia 76ers got a true franchise player when they drafted Joel Embiid.
But beyond his undeniable skills and natural talents for the game of basketball, two big concerns always stood out: his health and his character.
The first continues to be a nagging point and knock on him, and the latter has gotten him into way too many controversies on social media.
That’s the case again after he claimed that he hinted at forcing his way out of the Sixers to win a trade, even though he later claimed he was just joking around.
Now, the Cameroonian big man followed things up with a cryptic message on social media, stating that he doesn’t have too many words and things don’t make sense.

He could either be talking about a personal issue we’re not aware of, or maybe he’s talking about his situation with the Sixers.
There’s also a chance that he’s just messing around with people.
Whatever the case, he should know by now the effect that those words will have on social media, and he’s doing it on purpose.
Whether it’s just for fun or to put some actual pressure on the Sixers front office, he knows he’s going to make all the headlines.
Embiid and the Sixers will deny any rumor that surfaces in the next couple of days or weeks, but there’s not much they will be able to do to shut down these talks about Embiid’s future with the organization, and he only has himself to blame.
