It is not how you start.
It is how you finish.
No quarterback finished stronger in the NFL last season than Buffalo Bills signal-caller Josh Allen.
Allen was the best quarterback in the fourth quarter last season, according to Pro Football Focus.
He was the highest-rated quarterback with a grade of 89.3.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was the league’s highest-graded quarterback in the first quarter, per PFF (92.1).
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott had a league-leading grade of 93.9 in the second.
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love was the best in the third (91.1).

But for Allen to be the best in the fourth quarter should make Bills fans quite happy.
Now, he is going to have to be elite in 2024 without his top two pass-catchers from a year ago in All-Pro receiver Stefon Diggs and veteran deep-threat Gabe Davis.
The Bills traded Diggs to Houston, and Davis left for Jacksonville as a free agent.
GM Brandon Beane combatted these losses by drafting and signing multiple receivers.
Florida State star Keon Coleman was drafted in the second round by Buffalo.
The team also signed veterans Curtis Samuel, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Chase Claypool, and Mack Hollins earlier this offseason.
This is a makeshift group of receivers, but anything is possible with Allen under center.
If he plays this year like he did in the fourth quarter of last season, the Bills can still win a lot of games.
Despite a lot of their losses on both sides of the ball, they still have their ultimate weapon in Allen.
