The Buffalo Bills haven’t quite looked like themselves during the 2023 NFL season as they’ve lost a couple of games they were clearly favored in.
Week 9 was a clash between two AFC contenders as the Bills hit the road to take on the surging Cincinnati Bengals.
Like Buffalo, Cincinnati had their struggles to begin the season but they’ve come around the past month as Joe Burrow looks 100 percent healthy.
Josh Allen remains one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks in the league, but he and the Bills’ offense failed to get much going against a stout Bengals defensive unit.
Buffalo would go on to lose to Cincinnati 24-18, and fell to 5-4 on the year.
With the Bills struggling to find any momentum, Joy Taylor is starting to grow concerned about their outlook via Speak.

Taylor notes that Buffalo started the regular season 3-1, but have since dropped multiple games that now leaves them in a much more precarious position.
The analyst also mentions that the Bills have a chance to right the ship as they’ve got very winnable games against the Denver Broncos and New York Jets coming up.
Buffalo is dealing with some injuries to their defense, but even the offense hasn’t looked right for whatever reason.
Allen is doing a better job of taking care of the football, but often times he is forced to scramble outside of the pocket and make plays out of nothing.
There’s still time for Buffalo to figure things out, but as Taylor said there can’t be many mistakes from here on out.
