The Kansas City Chiefs have been one of, if not the most discussed team in the NFL this season.
They have not only made their way back to the Super Bowl, but with Travis Kelce dating Taylor Swift, this team has become even more of a phenomenon.
While there has been widespread speculation about Swift making it back to the States in town for the big game, another storyline has taken over.
She recently won a Grammy award, that included her fourth “Album of the Year” award.
Kendrick Perkins commented on this situation, indicating that it’s gonna be “crazy” when Swift wins a Grammy and the Super Bowl MVP within seven days.
“Taylor winning the Grammy and Super Bowl MVP within 7 days is gonna be crazy,” Perkins said.

He jokingly said that she could be Super Bowl MVP, likely indicating that Kelce could be in the running for this honor if he plays well enough.
While it remains to be seen if the Chiefs will take home the Lombardi Trophy again this year, they have proven that they can get to the final game of the season, even after having what some considered a down year.
The Chiefs’ offense didn’t have the firepower that it has displayed in years past, but their defense has helped carry them to this point.
It will be interesting to see what happens over the next week, and if the Chiefs can beat the San Francisco 49ers, a team many see as the best in the NFL.
There always seems to be a way for Patrick Mahomes to win any game he is a part of, and if the Chiefs need a little Swift luck, so be it.
