The Golden State Warriors have struggled to win games consistently during the 2023-24 NBA season.

While the underwhelming performances of key veterans such as Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Andrew Wiggins have played a huge role in a plethora of defeats, head coach Steve Kerr has been going around criticizing other factors.

One of the biggest reasons why Kerr believes the Warriors are unable to perform this season is the poor officiating.

Kerr most recently targeted the officials following the Warriors’ defeat at the hands of the Denver Nuggets on Christmas Day.

Upon hearing Kerr’s comments about the referees, NBA analyst Kendrick Perkins shared his reactions on the same, via “First Take” on Twitter.

Perkins went as far as saying that Kerr’s comments over the past few weeks are making his skin crawl.

The former NBA player believes that Kerr’s comments are baseless and have no truth whatsoever.

Kerr has been overly criticizing the refs over the past few weeks.

He somewhat reduced that during the Warriors’ five-game winning streak, but he is back at it following another loss.

As for the Warriors, they are currently the 10th seed in the Western Conference with a 15-15 record.

With 30 games already played in the 2023-24 NBA season, the Warriors aren’t where many expected them to be at this point in the season.
