The United States men’s basketball team in the Olympics is off to a hot start.

They took down a Serbian team led by Nikola Jokic in their first official game, and are now ready to take on South Sudan, a team they should, on paper, beat handily.

The United States has a unique advantage over other teams in the field, as they have a team full of All-Stars and likely Hall-Of-Famers.

Among them, is Kevin Durant, a player that has received mixed reviews throughout his career.

Yes, Durant has remained one of the best players in the league over the past decade, but some fans and analysts have questioned his mentality and other, off-court aspects of his character and game.

Keyshawn Johnson recently called out Durant in a segment of ‘Undisputed,’ shared via NBA Central on Twitter.

Johnson said, “If I put Paul Pierce on the Golden State Warriors with Klay Thompson and Draymond and Steph Curry, you don’t think he could do the same [expletive]?”

Durant was quick to respond to this with a tweet of his own, saying, “If the Jets would’ve took Jonathan Ogden, Marvin Harrison, Ray Lewis or Eddie George number 1 they would’ve been better off… I hate hypotheticals.”

Johnson is questioning Durant’s game, who immediately fired back at Johnson from his time in the NFL.

Johnson was the No. 1 pick in the 1996 NFL Draft, and while he showed promise, he was never able to live up to the potential the New York Jets believed he had.

In this situation, does Durant get the last laugh?
