Kevin Durant has been with the Phoenix Suns for a season and a half now and has shown that he’s still one of the most talented players in the NBA.

But is he really happy in Phoenix?

He was asked this question on “Up & Addams” and had a quick and seemingly cheerful response.

“Yeah, I’m happy to be alive,” Durant said, before admitting that adjusting to life in Phoenix was a bit difficult but he made himself at home.

“Are you happy in Phoenix?”

Durant: “Yeah, I’m happy to be alive.”

Durant said that playing basketball was the easiest part of coming to Phoenix.

He had to change his lifestyle and become acquainted with a much slower and laid-back city.

Moving from New York to Phoenix was definitely a big change but Durant seems to have made peace with it.

Despite his claims of happiness, many people feel that Durant won’t remain in Phoenix for the rest of his career.

Recently, it was reported that the Houston Rockets are angling to sign Durant next summer.

The Suns have said they are committed to their biggest star but there is a chance that he moves to another team in the next few years.

Would he go to the Rockets or some other team?

Perhaps he would find a home in a city that has a faster pace like New York did.

The future isn’t entirely clear but Durant is happy in Phoenix, at least for now.

Of course, he’ll be much happier if the Suns can make changes this summer, improve in the new season, and do much better than they did last year.
