There is no doubt that the Phoenix Suns have one of the deepest rosters in the league right now.
They have been hard at work adding new players and have undergone a big transformation over the last few years.
But some fans are worried about their future because they claim the team lacks a true point guard.
Kevin Durant, perhaps the team’s biggest star, isn’t concerned.
Speaking with SiriusXM NBA Radio, Durant said that the game has changed so much recently and that players don’t have “true” positions and they can all help fill every role on the team.
Durant says that between himself, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal, the point guard position will be taken care of.

The Suns are packed with dynamic basketball skills as well as great knowledge.
Those two things are needed for anyone hoping to master the point guard position.
An ability to shoot from all over the court is also essential and, again, the Suns have tons of that.
As Durant said, there are several players on the team who could play point guard and all of them are massively talented.
It’s just a matter of figuring out everyone’s responsibilities and then finding a way to work together.
Training camp just got started and the Suns will spend a lot of time finding their footing and playing with each other for the first time.
Expectations for the team are very high and they are well aware of that.
Certain fans are worried that the team will fall short, despite the great players they have.
But Durant is ready to show them there is nothing to be worried about.
