Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown may have been left off the men’s USA Basketball roster for the 2024 Olympics, but he is still in line for a huge 2024-25 NBA season.
Brown led the Celtics to the franchise’s 18th championship after a great 2024 NBA Playoffs run.
Brown was named the Eastern Conference Finals MVP as well as the 2024 Finals MVP for his play against the Indiana Pacers and Dallas Mavericks.
The former third-overall pick has always had the talent and skill to be a star player in the league, but this past season he showed what he could truly do.
While it might be the dog days of the NBA calendar, players like Brown are still getting their workouts in to prepare for the year.
Brown posted a couple of photos of his pool workout which went viral, and they even prompted a reaction from Boston legend Kevin Garnett via his personal Twitter account.
“Lord… @FCHWPO is under water with a dumbbell in one hand and a basketball in the other…. Shyt might be over for everybody,” Garnett tweeted.

There have been several workouts over the years that have gone viral, and Brown is the latest athlete to draw attention to himself.
In one of the photos, Brown has a 40-pound dumbbell in his right hand and is dribbling a basketball in his left hand underwater.
The second photo shows Brown holding himself up in a handstand using the dumbbells.
It’s a whacky sight at first glance, though no one should be questioning Brown’s methods after the year he had.
