Stefon Diggs and the Buffalo Bills are going through a bit of a situation.
Several players — including Josh Allen — downplayed his absence from the mandatory minicamp and stated that they fully expect him to be with the team.
Head coach Sean McDermott, however, said that he was concerned about Diggs’ absence, and the wideout took to Instagram to share some cryptic messages that didn’t do a lot to ease the situation.

With that in mind, former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson believes there’s a major communication breakdown between Diggs and the offensive staff.
Johnson stated that when players decide to talk to the HC and the GM, it’s usually because they feel like they should tweak some things to their offense, game plans, the playbook, or some stuff that had been said at the end of the season or during the offseason.
The former wideout also said that it’s normal that Diggs wants no part of the mandatory minicamp because he says people from inside the organization are making up things and saying things about him that are just not true.
Diggs was reportedly at the team’s facility and left before the start of practice.
He was visibly upset at the end of last season and took to Twitter to bash those who criticized him for being angry after losing in the playoffs.
Notably, this is the second time on as many teams that Diggs has been through something similar, as he also forced his way off of the Minnesota Vikings before taking his talents to Orchard Park.
