Over the past couple of games, the Milwaukee Bucks have shown a lot of pride.
Even if they eventually fell short in Game 4, they showed that they could still compete at a high level without Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Notably, they took it up a notch when the series headed back to Wisconsin for Game 5, giving the Indiana Pacers one of their best performances of the season and never taking their feet off the gas.
Following the win, Bucks star Khris Middleton claimed that the team needed to find a way to get the job done, adding that everybody’s very excited about the great battle that’s about to come their way (via NBA).
“We have to find a way to win, whatever it takes… it’s going to be a great battle. I think everyone’s excited for it.”

The series will head back to Indiana for a win-or-go-home scenario for Doc Rivers’ side.
Rick Carlisle’s team will dig deep into the tape and make some adjustments to make sure they don’t fall short again, and with Lillard and Giannis both reportedly inching closer to a return, it just seems like they wasted a great opportunity to close things out.
It’s not easy to come back from a 3-1 deficit in the NBA playoffs.
As of now, just 13 teams have been able to revert this situation.
Ironically, Doc Rivers has blown three of those 3-1 leads, and he’s now looking to be on the other side of history.
The Bucks have more than enough talent and pride to do so, and they were a championship-caliber team not so long ago, so this will be a must-watch matchup for sure.
