The New York Knicks started their second-round playoff series with a commanding 2-0 lead.
They beat the Indiana Pacers in two close games, and many believed they would sweep after seeing these two performances.
However, the Pacers have rallied back, winning the last two games to even the series, 2-2.
The Knicks didn’t just lose in Game 4, however.
As the Action Network recently pointed out on Twitter, this was tied for the fifth-worst loss in team history, as they lost by 32 points.
Worst playoff losses in Knicks franchise history
41: 1991 vs. Bulls
40: 1978 vs. 76ers
35: 1990 vs. Pistons
33: 2012 vs. Heat

This was a disappointing result for a Knicks team that seemed to have a lot of momentum.
They’ll now have to go back home for Game 5, hoping they were able to work out all of their kinks and get back in the win column.
Jalen Brunson is said to be the star of this team, and he will seemingly need to take over if they want to make strides over the next few games.
The Pacers aren’t going down without a fight, and they have an emerging star of their own in Tyrese Haliburton.
Both teams have a lot to prove in this series, as they are fighting to make it to the Eastern Conference Finals, hoping to make an elusive run to the NBA Finals.
Who will emerge when the series is over?
That remains to be seen.
For now, fans will have to sit back, relax, and enjoy the rest of the series, which could end up going to a Game 7 if recent trends from this series are any indication.
