Since Jalen Brunson arrived to the New York Knicks, the team has regained its footing as one of the best teams in the NBA.
The 2023-24 NBA season has been a fun and electric one for the Knicks and their fans as the team currently sits in fourth in the Eastern Conference with a 32-18 record.
Despite a tough loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, New York still has the love and admiration of the fanbase and could very well be a legitimate threat to represent the conference in the postseason.
Brunson has been one of the best players in the league and was named as a reserve on the 2024 Eastern Conference All-Star team.
Meanwhile, he also gets to play with former Villanova teammate and college roommate Josh Hart.
The two have a close relationship and will give people a closer look into their friendship as they’re starting a podcast, via Fred Katz of The Athletic.
“Coming soon — from the two newest members of the New York Knicks beat…,” Katz tweeted.

Brunson and Hart generally take any opportunity to poke fun and rib the other and that will likely play out in their new media venture.
NBA players have embraced the podcast medium and Brunson and Hart are perfect people to start their own given their personalities and experiences together.
New York has taken a liking to former Villanova players as they also signed Donte DiVincenzo this past offseason.
The “Nova Knicks,” as they’ve been fondly referred to, have the team playing at a high level and Brunson and Hart’s new podcast should be a great listen.
