The Boston Celtics have been a bulldozer all season long.
They’ve been the best team in the league from start to finish, and it hasn’t been that close.
That’s why it was far from a surprise to see them clinching the best record in the league, even though they still have a handful of games left in the season.
With that in mind, Celtics star Kristaps Porzingis talked about how hard his team worked to get to this point and how much they deserved it (via Celtics on NBC Sports).

Truth be told, the Celtics have — by far — the best roster in the league, so anything short of this would be disappointing.
If anything, anything short of a trip to the NBA Finals should be considered a failure.
The Celtics are absolutely stacked and boast the best lineup in the game right now.
They have five legitimate stoppers on the court and plenty of depth, as well as shooters off the bench.
Once again, the big question is whether Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum will be up to the task when things get difficult, and whether coach Joe Mazzulla will get outcoached again in the playoffs.
There are legitimate character concerns about this team, especially after watching them blow several double-digit leads throughout the course of the regular season.
On paper, there’s absolutely no reason to believe they won’t be a force in the playoffs and put an end to their championship drought once and for all but we’ve seen this way too many times already.
