Kyle Kuzma to the Dallas Mavericks?
He would be a seamless fit there, and it seems like he’s on board with what coach Jason Kidd has to say.
Made-up trade rumors aside, Kuzma recently took to Twitter to back up Coach Kidd after his latest outburst at the media.
Following the Mavs’ big win over the Houston Rockets for the In-Season Tournament, Kidd urged the media to stop focusing on the negative stuff and start making more positive reports, stating that it’s okay to fail as an athlete because you’re going to learn from that experience.
Kidd also said that the media should keep the same energy about his team now that they’re doing well as they did when they struggled upon Kyrie Irving’s arrival.
That’s why Kuzma jumped to Kidd’s defense and agreed with every word he said.

Truth be told, the media will always look to report on what people want to see, and people are often interested in controversy and whatnot.
Also, it’s not like the Mavericks had a lot of positive aspects to report on after they collapsed and went from a playoff team to giving up on the season with two games left in the year.
The media always praises those who do well, and that has been the case with the 11-6 Mavericks this season.
As for Kuzma and the Washington Wizards, he’s played very well and should be coveted by other teams, but his current squad hasn’t given the media many reasons to report positive things this season.
