The San Francisco 49ers have entered a new era at quarterback.
Jimmy Garoppolo recently signed a three-year deal with the Las Vegas Raiders after a six-year stint with the 49ers.
They’ve turned the keys over to a new quarterback room with some combination of Sam Darnold, Trey Lance, and Brock Purdy.
After Garoppolo left the team, head coach Kyle Shanahan called him the “best quarterback here in about 20 years since Steve Young,” per Bleacher Report.

Garoppolo reportedly left the 49ers on a good note and is now set to begin his journey as a Raider.
