The Los Angeles Lakers were eliminated from the playoffs only a few weeks ago but are already planning ahead for next season.
On Friday morning, the team tweeted out its preseason schedule, giving fans an idea of when they can next see their favorite team play.
The Lakers will take on the Minnesota Timberwolves on October 4 in Palm Springs, followed by the Phoenix Suns two days later, also in Palm Springs.
Then they take on the Golden State Warriors on October 15 in Las Vegas.
The big question is what the Lakers will look like when they embark on these preseason games.

Everyone already knows that Los Angeles will have a new head coach at that time since Darvin Ham was promptly fired after the season came to a disappointing end.
But there are other alterations that could be coming for the Lakers.
A number of players on the roster could be sent away in order to improve the roster and give LeBron James and Anthony Davis more help on the court.
Speaking of James, will he sign a contract extension this summer and remain with the Lakers next year?
And what about this son, Bronny – will he be part of the Lakers during these preseason games?
The Lakers have many choices to make this summer related to their new coach, their path forward, Bronny, and the players that they keep and lose.
That means that even though these preseason games are only several months away, a lot can happen between now and then.
In the grand scheme of things, the preseason isn’t all that important but it is the first look at the team after months away.
Following the summer they are about to have, these games could be very exciting for the Lakers.
