After an impressive and somewhat surprising start to the year, the Ravens hold the best record in the AFC.
They have now secured a playoff spot with their recent win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, and are well on their way to winning the AFC North.
The Ravens’ road to this point might be surprising for some, especially given the amount of star power within the conference.
After the game, Lamar Jackson was made aware that the Ravens had officially made it to the playoffs.
In a video shared by Jamison Hensley, Jackson said, “I’m grateful for the opportunity.”

Jackson gave a lot of credit to Ravens fans when discussing their playoff berth, who have stuck with him and this team.
Things haven’t always been easy for the Ravens, and Jackson has needed to overcome many hurdles to get to this point.
His entire career has been filled with doubters, people saying he is nothing more than a running back who happens to throw the ball.
While Jackson has had bouts of offensive struggles, he seems to be on a mission this year.
He is constantly being named as a contender for the league MVP award, a top-three option in the eyes of many fans and analysts.
It will be interesting to see how Jackson and the Ravens close out the regular season and how far they can get in the playoffs.
