The NBA offseason is an interesting time when the rumor mill starts to swirl.

No league has stars change teams quite like the NBA.

One player could ask to be traded and then dominoes start to fall.

The first big domino this offseason has been the trade of Bradley Beal to the Phoenix Suns.

But plenty more star players could find themselves on new teams before the season begins.

One player to keep an eye on is Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green.

He opted out of his player option for the upcoming season and has hit free agency.

According to ClutchPoints, Green was spotted taking a vacation in France with his friend LeBron James.

Now is the time for the Green to Los Angeles rumors to start swirling.

There is no question that Green would welcome playing with James.

But would he be willing to leave everything he has helped build in Golden State?

The Warriors have made it very clear they want to bring Green back.

He is a major part of their team and competing for a championship is unlikely without him.

It could be that Green is trying to recruit James to join the Warriors.

But that is also something unlikely to happen.

Now that Green is a free agent other teams will attempt to pursue him.

Despite being limited as a scorer, Green brings so much to the table for his team.

He is an elite defensive player and a great distributor.

It seems likely that Green will return to the Warriors on a three or four-year deal.

That way he and Stephen Curry’s contracts can line up together.

Golden State is a championship-caliber team but to get back on top they need to re-sign Green.
