When NFL legend LeSean McCoy gives his opinion about the running back position, people listen.
The former six-time Pro-Bowler and Super Bowl champion recently revealed his list of top-five NFL running backs.
“Saquon Barkley, a beast…Derrick Henry, the king…Jonathan Taylor, I know he was banged up last year but that boy is back…We’ve got a really, really good running back in Josh Jacobs…CMC for the No. 1,” McCoy stated.

It is very hard to argue with this list.
Starting with Barkley, the two-time Pro-Bowler and three-time 1,000-yard rusher is now on a better team.
If he remains healthy this year, the Eagles could be real Super Bowl contenders once again.
It is hard to find a better running back over the last handful of seasons than Derrick Henry.
The former Offensive Player of the Year is poised to form a deadly one-two punch with dynamic quarterback Lamar Jackson on the ground this year in Baltimore.
With Indianapolis Colts All-Pro running back Jonathan Taylor now healthy and not dealing with a contract issue, he could be on the cusp of another magical season in Indy.
The former rushing leader could be due for an elite season after a slow year last year.
Green Bay Packers new running back Josh Jacobs comes in at No. 2 on the list.
The All-Pro has recorded over 1,100 scrimmage yards in each of his five NFL seasons and could do just that once again with his new team after coming over from Las Vegas this offseason.
Finally, San Francisco 49ers superstar running back Christian McCaffrey is the straw that stirs the drink in the Bay Area.
The reigning Offensive Player of the Year is coming off of his second career 2,000-yard season and is likely to have yet another big year.
