In a matter of weeks, Bronny James could join his father in the NBA.

Where will he play, and will it be with his dad?

Those are questions still looming about James.

There are also questions about how talented Bronny is and if he’s ready to play professional basketball.

Speaking on FanDuel TV, former NBA coach Mark Jackson said he is.

Calling Bronny a “pro,” he said that the USC freshman is also “an NBA type defender” and suggested that multiple teams should attempt to sign him.

How should NBA teams approach drafting Bronny James?

Jackson said that several NBA teams should call LeBron on his bluff and see just how much he really wants to play alongside his son.

They should attempt to take Bronny in the draft and then see if LeBron is willing to follow.

It’s not entirely clear if any team will attempt that, especially since the Los Angeles Lakers might beat them to the punch and secure James in June.

Bronny has earned a lot of attention all season long during his first year at USC.

People wanted to see how well he could play and if he was anything like his father.

In the end, Bronny’s year with USC wasn’t as productive as some people had hoped.

At the same time, there was no way he was ever going to live up to the hype that his father’s name brings.

Is he ready for the NBA or should he spend more time in college?

James and his family will have to decide that in the next few weeks before the draft arrives in June.

And other teams will have to decide how they want to handle Bronny and the possibility of landing his father.
