Marvin Harrison Jr. is almost a lock to be taken in the first round of the upcoming Draft.

He’s also firmly expected to be the first wide receiver off the board, and some scouts have him as high as No. 2 on their big boards.

That’s why he’s going to take a rather unusual approach to the upcoming 2024 NFL Scouting Combine.

According to a report by Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Ohio State standout won’t partake in any of the workouts or drills at the event.

Per Rapoport, Harrison Jr. will stay at Ohio State’s campus to continue getting his body ready for his rookie season in the league, and he’s not expected to do any workouts at the Buckeyes’ pro day, either.

Marvin Harrison Jr, likely the Draft’s Top WR, will do it differently. No agent. No testing at the Combine. Probably not at Pro Day. https://t.co/6gHntSYTgn

On top of that, the star wide receiver hasn’t hired an agent.

Of course, it’s not like he’s not familiar with the process or the perks and demands that come with being an NFL star.

Being the son of Indianapolis Colts legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison, he’s pretty much unfazed by everything that revolves around the draft.

Some scouts believe Harrison is the best offensive player in this class overall, and they believe multiple teams could look to trade up to get their hands on him.

That’s not likely to change after this, as there’s already more than enough tape and information about the talented wideout, who could immediately make an impact in the league.
