With the Carolina Panthers recently hiring Frank Reich to be their new head coach, the struggling NFL franchise is heading into a new era of football with high hopes of quickly turning this team into a playoff contender in the NFC.

The team has pulled out all the stops this year to make winning football games a reality, with the team trading up to the No. 1 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft in order to bring in potential franchise quarterback Bryce Young.

Along with Young and Reich, the Panthers have added some key pieces to the offensive puzzle, with Carolina adding Miles Sanders, Adam Thielen, DJ Chark, and Hayden Hurst to the roster.

Clearly, the team wants to win and win now with the moves the franchise has made while moving away from the forgettable Matt Rhule stint in Carolina.

With the Panthers parting ways with Rhule after a disappointing stint with the team, the former head coach has opened up about his time with the organization in an interview with Pete Thamel of ESPN, via Panthers on Tap in the tweet below:

Clearly, Rhule had a rough time coaching the Panthers and has learned a lot going through the experience, which may result in him finding it difficult to land another coaching job in the NFL.

However, both sides are likely better off now that they’ve parted ways, and it will be interesting to see what the team can do and if Rhule gets another coaching gig in the near future with hopes of putting what he learned to use.
