Kobe Bryant’s death was unexpected, and when he passed, the entire world felt its impact.

Bryant was a global superstar during his time in the league and is still one of the most popular NBA athletes of all time.

He was a beloved figure with a lot more life ahead of him, but the helicopter crash he died from was unforeseen and unfortunate.

August 23rd is Bryant’s birthday and many people from around the world celebrated this day while also mourning his loss.

Maxx Crosby, for example, came to the Las Vegas Raiders’ final preseason game wearing a Bryant jersey to show his respects.

Crosby is among the best defenders in the NFL, and he is known for having a strong mentality, similar to Bryant’s “Mamba Mentality” that he showcased during his time in the NBA.

Bryant was mentally tough, making it tough for opposing teams to get to him with any trash talk.

Instead, Bryant did some of the trash talking, but mainly let his game do the talking for him.

Crosby is similar on the football field, and his dominance against quarterbacks and offensive lines does not go unnoticed.

The Raiders don’t have many bright spots, as they are still trying to rebuild, but Crosby is one of their key players.

If he has an off day, it can be tough for the Raiders to have a strong defensive impact, as Crosby is the backbone of their defense, likely their best player on either side of the ball.
