The Las Vegas Raiders ended last season on a high note by winning three of their last four games to finish 8-9 and convince ownership to give interim coach Antonio Pierce a shot to be the official head coach in 2024.

In order to take the next step, the Raiders will need more leaders to emerge on both sides of the ball, and star pass rusher Maxx Crosby is taking it upon himself to improve in that department.

On the newest episode of Crosby’s podcast, “The Rush,” Maxx discussed bonding with his new teammates, saying “we do OTAs Monday through Thursday, but Fridays are going to be at the crib.”

Crosby talked about the new house he bought in a suburb outside of Las Vegas and said he’ll put it to good use by hosting plenty of his teammates over on Fridays.

He said he has a basketball court and a pool and is looking forward to “work, bond, spend time together, get closer especially before we get to camp.”

This is exactly what you want to hear from the best player on your defense, as relaxing Fridays at home go much further when it comes to bonding than spending nights out at the club, especially in a city like Las Vegas where nightlife can get crazy.

There was a lot of roster overturn in Vegas this past offseason with the team losing star running back Josh Jacobs in free agency along with QB Jimmy Garoppolo, Austin Hooper, Bilal Nichols, and Jermaine Eluemunor.

A night at Crosby’s house could be just what this team needs to welcome all the new guys to town.
