The Dallas Cowboys can truly say that they have one of the best defensive players in the sport.
Edge-rusher Micah Parsons has started his career off by earning three consecutive All-Pro nods.
His numbers and pass-rush talent speak for themselves.
Parsons made quite the proclamation recently on social media that should terrify the rest of the league.
“Year 4 will be the greatest year yet,” Parsons tweeted in response to some of his highlights.
Pash rushing is so beautiful! I cant wait !! Year 4 will be the greatest year yet!! https://t.co/JS6ZoeBxBi

After getting drafted by the team with the No. 12 overall draft pick, the former Penn State star has not looked back.
As a rookie in 2021, he put up 13.0 sacks, 30 QB hits and 20 tackles for loss, which led to him being named NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year.
In 2022, he followed up with 13.5 sacks and 3 fumble recoveries.
Last season, he set multiple career-highs in terms of sacks (14.0) and in QB hits (33).
It is fair to put him up there with Steelers edge-rusher T.J. Watt and Browns edge-rusher Myles Garrett as one of the best defenders in the league.
Now, his play is not the reason for Dallas’s failure in the playoffs.
He has played exceptionally as evidenced by his numbers and importance to the team.
If he has an even better season in 2024, who knows what the season could be for the Cowboys?
This is a good roster with plenty of quality players.
They have just struggled to find a way to win in the playoffs.
But, it is not because they are short on talent.
Parsons is proof of that.
