Last weekend, the marquee matchup in the NFL was the Dallas Cowboys going to Lincoln Financial Field to face the division-rival Philadelphia Eagles in an epic showdown that was considered to be a statement game for both teams.
Unfortunately for the Cowboys, Jalen Hurts and company were able to come out on top against their NFC East rivals, with the Eagles turning out to be the better all-around squad and more resilient than most teams in the NFL this season.
It was another costly blow for the Cowboys, especially considering the fact the team had a chance to win in the final moments of the fourth quarter but came up short with some head-scratching plays.
With the Cowboys losing, the Eagles are widely considered to be the team to beat in the NFC, which is a tough pill to swallow for Micah Parsons and company.
This week, Parsons opened up about his play up to this point in the regular season and believes there’s still room to learn and grow moving forward, according to Jon Machota of The Athletic.

Parsons is one of the few players in the league who is in contention for NFL Defensive Player of the Year, as he’s been, without a doubt, one of the best defensive players in the league thus far.
However, great players like Parsons always know there’s room to improve, even when playing at a high level like he has throughout the 2023 campaign.
It’ll be interesting to see how far Parsons can lead the Cowboys this season as he continues to try to improve his game.
