Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys and Tyreek Hill of the Miami Dolphins are two of the absolute best players in the NFL right now, and they seem to be developing a bit of a rivalry.

A few days ago, Hill took offense to a nickname Parsons gave him, and the wide receiver stated that he is going to deliver a blindside block to the pass rusher when the Dolphins and Cowboys meet later this season.

Parsons, who is not someone who is known to keep quiet about his feelings, responded to Hill’s comments during his podcast on Monday.

“Wait a minute Tyreek. Wait a minute Tyreek. I’m letting you know, there’s a big difference between me and those other guys that you’re coming off the edge with. Listen Tyreek, if you come over my way, and I see you coming my way, I’m sending you to the tent.”

One would like to hope that these two players are just having a little bit of fun with their comments back and forth to each other.

But Parsons and Hill still have quite a while until their teams are actually scheduled to meet, as the Cowboys won’t be traveling to face the Dolphins on the road until Week 16 on December 24th.

Who knows if both players are going to even be healthy enough to take the field by that point in the season?

Whether Parsons and Hill do end up being good to go for that Week 16 matchup or not, they’re certainly doing a good job at building up the anticipation for the contest.

Based on the way the Cowboys and Dolphins have been playing so far this season, that Week 16 game on Christmas Eve has the potential to be an early Super Bowl preview.

Both teams have to take care of business until then, and that will continue in Week 4.
