The
Dallas Cowboys are hoping that this is finally the year that they get over the hump and make their way back to the Super Bowl.
The Cowboys have a few things working in their favor for the 2023 season, namely that they’ve assembled a talented roster on both sides of the field.
Coupled with the fact that the NFC is projected to be much weaker this year and it’s hard to blame Dallas for feeling confident about their chances of going deep into the postseason.
Offensively, the team’s got plenty of talent at every skill position headlined by Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Tony Pollard.
However, the true bread and butter of the Dallas roster might be their defense as they’ve got one of the best defensive players in the NFL in Micah Parsons.
Parson is a true superstar on defense and his play earned him high praise from Cowboys legend Michael Irvin via Undisputed.
“Back in May of 2021, I told Stephen Jones his spirit reminds me a lot of me and he will bring people together and that’s what he’s done,” Irvin said.

Irvin goes into detail about his first interaction with Parsons and the impression he made on him in that moment.
The legendary Dallas wideout then goes on to reveal how excited he was when the organization selected Parsons in the first round.
Parson certainly has a way of bringing his teammates together and his play on the field is reflective of the kind of person and competitor he is.
