Over the past six months or so, the Phoenix Suns have made a lot of noise in the NBA, with the franchise going through some drastic changes from team ownership changing hands to two new star players coming to town along with a new head coach.
The Charlotte Hornets have also gone through some changes, with the team drafting Brandon Miller as the No. 2 overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft and Michael Jordan selling his majority stake in the team.
Obviously, these franchises are headed in opposite directions, with the Suns planning on being title contenders for the foreseeable future and the Hornets still trying to put together a team that can compete for a spot in the playoffs rather than the NBA Draft Lottery.
Despite the direction of these franchises and all the changes made, it appears Jordan is a happy man, as he recently connected with Suns superstar guard Devin Booker via Hoop Central.

Although Jordan has sold the majority stake in the Hornets, he’s still part of the ownership group but no longer the decision-maker at the top of the totem poll in Charlotte, which is a significant change for the iconic figure.
As for Booker, the veteran guard hopes Phoenix can put it all together during the 2023-24 NBA season, with Kevin Durant having more time with the team, Frank Vogel getting settled in as the new head coach, and Bradley Beal getting used to playing for a new team for the first time in his NBA career.
